Hi, I’m Justin Carmichael, and I’m dedicated to providing the best possible defense for my clients. I understand that facing criminal charges can be an overwhelming experience, and my goal is to help you navigate the legal system with confidence and assurance.
My Background
I graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2014. During my time there, I was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly. My passion for criminal defense began early in my career when I participated in the Domestic Violence Protective Order Clinic, gaining significant courtroom experience.
My Experience
After law school, I worked at the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role allowed me to gain extensive trial experience and develop a passion for client-centered, results-driven representation. I later relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where I have continued to work as a zealous criminal defense attorney. Over the years, I’ve represented hundreds of clients in criminal proceedings throughout Texas.
